Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the high concentration of natural ingredients, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tested.

Refunds

A refund is issued only in the event that a parcel is confirmed lost during shipment and a replacement shipment is not possible.
Refunds are processed only after confirmation of loss from the courier or shipping partner.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage is required.

In such cases, we may offer a replacement.
Refunds for damaged items are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Natural Perfumery Disclaimer

Our fragrances are created using natural raw materials. As a result, natural variations in scent, color, or appearance may occur over time or between batches. These variations are inherent to natural perfumery and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a return or refund.
